We had a wonderful stay at The Little House in Petworth. The home itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s perfectly located, close to some fantastic walking trails — ideal for exploring the stunning countryside. As a dog-friendly property, it made our trip even more enjoyable bringing our two Huskies long. The house is very private and peaceful, offering a real home-away-from-home experience. We would absolutely return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, charming getaway!

Tucked down the end of a quiet lane, The Little House is a rare quiet oasis in the South East of England. It’s a beautiful house. Its walls feel as though they could tell you a hundred stories. And it’s been restored wonderfully. It’s warm, quiet, private, spacious and comfortable. Lots of woodland walks from the front door and a large secure garden meant that Otis, our Cockapoo, had a great time too. We had a really special stay, in a special house in a special location. My partner and I stayed at The Little House over New Year’s. The house was charming. Tucked away down a country lane but close enough to the sights at Petworth and Cowdray. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the kitchen equipment to serve up a feast. Lots of lovely long walks right from the house with a cozy fire to come back to. Highly recommend
